Q&A I cannot get into 6/19 webinar

I registered and have not received a link. I checked my spam folder and nothing. How can I get in? Thanks!
I had the same problem. I was hoping to get in a few minutes late. I just got home from my chapter meeting. I guess they have a cut off time for the webinar. I'll catch it on the replay club.

I totally missed the webinar because we had a bad thunderstorm which knocked out our current for a few hours plus no internet access when it came back up. Good thing I have the webinar replay. At least I can watch it at my leisure and take the quiz so I won't feel so bad about missing it.

I wasn't sweating missing the webinar last night because I too subscribe to the replay club. I was just hoping to come on 10 min late but thats ok.

That is correct. We are still working on it. You will get an email when it is ready.

Ruth is correct. I always get an email whether I attended the webinar or not that the replay of the webinar is ready. Then I go and print out the extras to put in a file for future reference.

When I emailed the help desk they said that it would take up to 10 days for the webinar to come up.

Sorry, but this month we had some video recording glitches so the whole package is taking much longer. It is not an automatic process, unfortunately. Thank you for your patience!
